The Operations Manager leads a team of three with responsibility for managing the 24/7 safe and clean operation of our two facilities, as well as anticipating and addressing any risks to the smoothly operating our facilities. The Operations Manager must work some evening and weekends and be able to participate in 24-hour on call process during emergencies.
