We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Director of Finance & Administration (Click here for job description)
The Director of Finance & Administration, reports to the CEO and will lead and oversee the financial activities of the organization and provide oversight to administrative functions in operations & facilities, human resources, and IT. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, treasury management, cash forecasting, and fiscal management of public and private contracts in accordance with all agency, public and private funder requirements. Additionally, the Director of Finance provides oversight of the Operations Manager covering employee benefit administration, IT services, facilities and other administrative duties as assigned. Additionally, the Director of Finance is responsible for maintaining and adhering to all Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) policies and for staffing the Board of Director’s Finance Committee. The Director of Finance works closely with the CEO on all aspects of compliance with LPCS, state and city financing/grant funding, and provides proactive analysis of organization financials and budget planning and forecasts predicting future opportunities for growth on an ongoing basis.

This position involves connecting individuals with services and resources, promoting community engagement, and case management with a focus on stable housing. Additionally, the worker contributes to program reporting and collaboration, ensuring a comprehensive service continuum for participants and maintaining partnerships with other social service agencies.​​​

The Street Outreach Program Manager, supervised by the Program Director, leads a team of Street Outreach Workers to identify and engage individuals experiencing street-based homelessness in Chicago. This role focuses on establishing safe, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants to motivate life changes and connect them to social services and housing options. The Program Manager encourages participants to engage with both LPCS and their immediate community, fostering self-determination and stability. This is done through developing outreach services, managing cases, supervising interns, and collaborating with agencies to ensure comprehensive participant support.

They will see how their actions affect the community, and how they can learn and benefit from others in the community. Creating this sense of community will result in greater social skills and more positive decision-making abilities, which in turn will lead to more lasting life changes.
