Street Outreach Program Manager (Click here for job description)

The Street Outreach Program Manager, supervised by the Program Director, leads a team of Street Outreach Workers to identify and engage individuals experiencing street-based homelessness in Chicago. This role focuses on establishing safe, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants to motivate life changes and connect them to social services and housing options. The Program Manager encourages participants to engage with both LPCS and their immediate community, fostering self-determination and stability. This is done through developing outreach services, managing cases, supervising interns, and collaborating with agencies to ensure comprehensive participant support.

Manager of Sites and Guest Experience (Click here for job description)

The Manager of Sites and Guest Experience at Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) is responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for Guests within the Interim Housing Program. Reporting to the Assistant Director, this role leads a team that oversees guest needs, such as basic services and referrals for stable housing. The manager also collaborates with community agencies to secure resources, supervises staff and volunteers, and ensures program effectiveness. This position is vital in fostering a sense of community, contributing to Guests' life changes, and supporting LPCS's broader mission.

Director of Finance & Administration (Click here for job description)

The Director of Finance & Administration, reports to the CEO and will lead and oversee the financial activities of the organization and provide oversight to administrative functions in operations & facilities, human resources, and IT. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, treasury management, cash forecasting, and fiscal management of public and private contracts in accordance with all agency, public and private funder requirements. Additionally, the Director of Finance provides oversight of the Operations Manager covering employee benefit administration, IT services, facilities and other administrative duties as assigned. Additionally, the Director of Finance is responsible for maintaining and adhering to all Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) policies and for staffing the Board of Director’s Finance Committee. The Director of Finance works closely with the CEO on all aspects of compliance with LPCS, state and city financing/grant funding, and provides proactive analysis of organization financials and budget planning and forecasts predicting future opportunities for growth on an ongoing basis.
