LPCS is excited to introduce you to Cheryl Hamilton-Hill, our Chief Executive Officer. Cheryl is an exceptional leader with a proven track record of developing strategy, engaging community, and growing mission-driven organizations. She most recently served as the CEO at Covenant House IL where she led the startup efforts and grew it into one of the largest shelters serving youth in the region, helping more than 800 young people, with more than 30,000 services annually. Prior to her work in Chicago, Cheryl served as a consultant and advocacy-lobbyist in Washington DC and before that, served in senior leadership positions at the United Way and American Red Cross.
