Matching Gift Challenge

Dear friends,
A home is more than four walls — it's safety, warmth, and dignity. Many of us know the joy of stepping into a new home, but for too many in Chicago, that moment feels out of reach. Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) is changing that by helping individuals move from homelessness into permanent housing.

Their vision inspired me to act. Together with LPCS, I've launched a matching challenge so every graduate can start fresh with $500 in household essentials.
I will personally match every gift, dollar-for-dollar, up to $20,000.
This means:
-
$100 becomes $200
-
$250 becomes $500 — enough to fully support one graduate

Together, we can raise $40,000 and help 80 individuals turn an an empty apartment into a home.

Anything raised beyond the match will strengthen LPCS's Interim Housing Program, helping even more people take this life-changing step.

November is National Homelessness Awareness Month. Let's honor it by reaching our $40,000 goal and celebrating the power of community to transform lives.

Very sincerely,

PS – I challenge you to have your office colleagues donate a percentage of their commission to increase what I will match from each generous supporter.
Each guest rings a bell marking their graduation from LPCS and move into their new permanent housing.
